Hotel "Podmoskovye - Podolsk" was build in 1973.
In 1980 the hotel was reconstructed to accomodate participants of the Olympics.
The hotel was completely renovated in 2005: engineering networks were replaced, roof boiler house was put inti operation? "Gostiniy Dvor" restaurant was built.
